To create these attractive, functional and livable spaces, we undertook refurbishment of the lift lobbies and common parts, and the installation of new shower facilities. Our works included the installation of a bespoke soffit mesh raft, both internally and externally to the entrance canopy.
Bespoke joinery finishes to the reception were installed, along with a living green wall and feature planting to several areas. The new mechanical and electrical installations included lighting, ventilation, heating and cooling, and small power.
