DC3 Prologis Park, Northampton

The works at Prologis Park included the specialist repair of the warehouse floor. In addition to the floor repairs, we also installed new lighting, alongside an overhaul of the existing mechanical services, new WC accommodation and refurbishment of the existing reception area and lift car.

The main office areas were refurbished to a CAT A standard. The external façade and roof area received a deep clean, with new skylights and a Seamseal system at roof level. The existing loading bay doors and dock levellers were refurbished and repairs were undertaken to the forecourt, including the hardstanding, drainage, kerbing and existing entrance barrier.
