We undertook a full strip out of the building whilst carefully retaining existing features. The building received new structural support throughout in order to receive the new natural stone wall and floor coverings. The basement and vault areas were extended to create a new kitchen and living area with terrazzo flooring. Externally, new roof coverings were installed and new stucco rendering was applied to the façade, the gardens were also fully landscaped.
A new plant room was formed within the roof void to facilitate the updated MEPH services we installed. High quality fixtures and fittings were installed throughout, inclusive of feature lighting, stonework and sanitaryware. The existing floor boards were also exposed and refurbished to complete the finishing touches to this beautiful property.
