The Chester Square property was extended at basement and ground floor levels, benefitting from the formation of a new roof terrace above and a light well. The six floors of accommodation were refurbished to an extremely high specification and our works included the internal reconfiguration of the space.
We also completed repairs to the existing building fabric to restore some of the key historical features of the classic building. New mechanical and electrical installations throughout included the construction of a new glass passenger lift and a bespoke AV system.
