Works included the reconfiguration of the space, inclusive of opening up the ceiling to full height within the main living area. Bespoke elements included a new kitchen, bathrooms and joinery throughout.
Externally we installed new roof coverings and refurbished the existing feature windows. Our works also included the refurbishment of the common part areas, including new balustrading, flooring and an access control system.
