Our works included the full strip out, reconfiguration and refurbishment of the unit to suit the centre’s needs. New training areas were formed, including meeting rooms, seating areas and an auditorium. Raw industrial finishes featured heavily in the design, including a polished concrete floor with an acoustic lined ceiling and plywood joinery throughout.
To soften the look and bring some colour to the space, the design featured internal landscaping. New surface mounted mechanical and electrical installations were installed along with new WCs and tea point facilities. To update the look of the building a new main entrance was formed with bold feature lighting, and the external cladding panels were cleaned along with the installation of new signage.
