Commercial Offices

An historic warehouse with a brand new roof terrace, for incredible city views.

Taking the beautiful historic features into consideration, the original brickwork was treated and left exposed within the office areas, resulting in a unique working space. Works to the existing internal and external brickwork surfaces were undertaken sympathetically and in agreement with the Local Authority’s Conservation Officer.

We refurbished the upper floor office accommodation to a CAT A standard leaving the ground and mezzanine floors to be prepared as a sublet studio area. The common parts were updated by altering the existing staircore with bespoke metal inlays and floor coverings, and by upgrading the existing passenger lifts. We installed a new bespoke feature staircase to the fifth floor to provide access to the stunning new roof terrace, boasting outstanding views across London. The WC accommodation throughout was reconfigured to form new superloos which featured industrial style fixtures and fittings to mirror the ‘warehouse’ style and branding of the building.
