Enabling works included the soft strip of all office accommodation, demolition of the existing mezzanine structure and mechanical and electrical strip out. Refurbishment of the unit included the formation of a new main entrance and reception area, and associated cladding repairs.
We constructed a new entrance ramp into the warehouse and new roller shutter doors, made mechanical and electrical alterations and installations, also installing new floor coverings, ceilings and re-decorations throughout.
