Works on this project consisted of the CAT A refurbishment of the existing office space. This included the WC areas and common parts, new power and lighting installations, Fire Alarm and mechanical alterations to suit open plan office spaces, and the major plant replacement of the gas boilers with Air Source Heat Pumps. New ceilings, floor coverings and decorations were also undertaken throughout.
External works included the insulation upgrade and repairs to both glazing and curtain walling along with external cleaning.
