Our works at Swan House in Uxbridge comprised the full strip out of the building back to shell and core and CAT A refurb of the office accommodation. New MEPH services were installed throughout inclusive of a new VRF system, roof plant and a passenger lift. The main entrance of the building was remodelled to form a new open reception area which included elements of feature joinery and a new reception desk. Works to the office accommodation included new raised access flooring, floor coverings, and lighting.
