Our works comprised the refurbishment of the existing 4th floor office space, phased refurbishment of the reception area and common parts & WC’s as detailed below;

4th Floor – CAT A and CAT A+ refurbishment including strip out of existing fixtures and fittings, ceilings, existing M&E services, partitions, WC’s and kitchen area, installation of new M&E, new partitions and ceilings, new wall linings and floor coverings, decorations, new signage, office furniture & tea point. WC refurbishment include new sanitary ware, new partitions, IPS panels and tiling.

Reception Area – Strip out of existing floor coverings, ceilings, reception area and signage including existing desk, installation of new flooring, furniture, bespoke joinery, lighting modifications to existing M&E services and repairs to existing entrance ramp. Works also include the installation of a new glazed balustrade and rear cycle store enclosure.

We have also gone on to refurbish the 3rd Floor at an approximate cost of £1.6m.
