The works to 26-28 Bedford Row included the refurbishment of the 4th and 5th floors, inclusive of Reception and common areas. New joinery was installed in the Reception along with wall panelling, new internal doors, new front entrance doors and new feature tiling throughout.

Our works to the 4th and 5th floor included a new VRF heating and cooling system, new WC ventilation, new ceiling bulkhead to conceal FCU’s with linear grilles, new linear surface mounted lighting and upgrades to the Fire Alarm and Access Control. We also installed new raised access floors, a new MF ceiling and completed decorations throughout
