This project was completed in two phases. The first phase of works incorporated the extensive strip out of the building, with the latter phase comprising the CAT A refurbishment of the existing floors from basement to 4th floor and roof. Externally new windows were installed to the front elevation, whilst the rear windows were refurbished and secondary glazed. A roof terrace was formed to the 4th Floor to make the most of the panoramic view available across the South Bank. Internally we exposed the original brickwork making it a feature throughout the office areas and common parts. New MEPH services were installed including the refurbishment of all WC accommodation. The reception was overhauled to create a modern welcoming space featuring polished concrete walls, floors and a bespoke reception desk. Finally the common parts were totally refurbished including the lift and staircores.
