Works comprised the dilapidation and refurbishment of the existing industrial unit incorporating warehouse space and office accommodation. Enabling works included the soft strip of all office accommodation, demolition of the existing mezzanine structure and mechanical and electrical strip out. Refurbishment of the unit included the formation of a new main entrance and reception area and associated cladding repairs. The construction of a new entrance ramp into the warehouse and new roller shutter doors, Mechanical and Electrical alterations and installations, new floor coverings and ceilings and re-decorations throughout.
